Key facts

What services does Cedefop need?

The purpose of the call is to acquire specialised monitoring, research, analytical and implementation support services. These will enable Cedefop to carry out activities under its Strategic Area of Operation 1 – Shaping VET and qualifications. The multiple framework contracts in cascade will help the agency produce innovative and forward-looking research, comparative monitoring and analysis, develop practical tools and guidance, and facilitate policy learning and cooperation. The overall aim is to support the promotion, development and implementation of Union policies in VET, qualifications and credentials. How can interested parties participate?

The procurement documents are accessible via the EU Funding & Tenders Portal at the link provided in the contract notice. Requests for additional information or clarification must be received by 7 December 2026, 23:59 UTC+02:00 (Greek local time). All questions and answers will be made available at the same portal link. Tenders will be opened in a virtual opening session on the date and time indicated under Section 5.1.12 of the contract notice and point 3.2 of the invitation to tender. What happens next?

Once the deadline for clarification requests passes on 7 December 2026, Cedefop will proceed to the virtual opening of tenders as scheduled. The resulting framework contracts will then support the agency’s work in shaping VET and qualifications across the European Union. This tender is part of Cedefop’s ongoing efforts to provide evidence-based research and analysis for EU policies in vocational education and training.
